@9 months agoAnonymous asked: Hey, um.
I just dont know what to do. Everyday I find myself more disgusted at myself and wanting to start binging.
ive never binged before so I dont know what its like but i really want to.
Ive tried dieting but its not working and i just really hate myself right now.
binging is not a good place to go. I’m going on the mastercleanse tomorrow as iv found iv come to standstill in my weightloss. It basically consists of no food and a special mix of lemon juice and maple syrup in water…beyonce lost 20 lbs in 14 days on. I’m going to do it for a little while to drop the weight and craefully ease myself back in to eating so i dont lose it again…ill let you know how it goes. Do not start binging its not worth it xxx
@9 months ago with 1 note@9 months ago with 37 notesNegative thoughts produce negative outcomes. If you tell yourself that you are fat, that you can’t recover, that you are going to be stuck with your eating disorder forever, you’ll subconsciously start to believe and act on that.
Instead, tell yourself that you are aiming to become healthy, that you can recover, and you can get past your eating disorder with patience and perserverence.
